To permanently delete your RankYard account and all associated data, please follow these instructions:
- Send an email from your registered account to one of the following addresses:
- Include your username and a clear request to delete your account.
- Our team will confirm your request within 48 hours and process the deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Username and email address
- Test scores, results, and progress
- Profile information
Retention Policy
Once deleted, all data is permanently removed from our servers. No backup copies will be retained.
